It starts with the developers themselves. By being surrounded with diverse and talented minds from the beginning, only then can we see games from many perspectives and ensure that they are all reflecting inclusivity and positivity.

EA has employee resource groups which I think is a great idea
for workplaces. It gives people semi-private spaces for relatability, a place for belonging and sharing common grounds. The teams include: WOM (Women's Ultimate Team), Pride LGBTQ+ team, SOMOS EA (We are EA in Spanish),BEAT! (Black EA Team), Able (champions inclusion of people with disabilities) and ASPIRE (representing Asian and Pacific Islanders).
